The house is located in the southern part of Zell am See, surrounded by hiking areas and extensive cross-country ski runs. The glacier lovers will also get their money's worth as the glacier welcomes them from the apartment! But also the nearby Schmittenhöhe can be reached comfortably from the Areitbahn by car or by walk!
